The Office Assistants (Clerks) take care of all the office clerical work. They are responsible for assisting the higher-level officers in office work as well. They often work as single window operators in the banks and carry out transaction and documents related work. The job responsibilities of an IBPS RRB Clerk are provided below.

· Receives and Acknowledges Cash, Drafts, Cheques, Pay Orders, and Other instruments.

· Operates Cash Deposit and Withdrawal windows.

· Maintains office records and files.

· Assists higher officials in their day-to-day work.

· Account Opening, Closing related work.

· Customer-support.
